Hello and welcome to the assignments page. These are the assignments that I have done in this class. Please click the “P2, P3, etc.” at the top to view the assignments. At the bottom are what they are and a brief description of them.

  • P2 – Design Basics 1 (Screen Design Principles)
    • Looking at DVD, Scanner, and a Digital Clock and talking about the buttons and what they do and what is the up side and down side to these devices.
  • P3 – Design Basics 2 (Color Theory & application)
    • About logos and how the design goes with the personality of the logo and what it represents.
    • P3 (part 2) Collage
      What colors and designs do for artwork and pictures.
  • P4 – Assignment logo 1 (Typography)
    • Design 2 personal logos using only text.
  • P5 – Assignment Logo 2 (Lettermark)
    • Design 2 Lettermarks (symbolized logo with the use of graphics & lettering) for a real or fictitious company that could be used for the company's logo or as a design element for a website, CD-ROM, or multimedia presentation.
  • P6 – Icons
    • Design a set of icons in color that can be used in your web or multimedia projects, or you can design a set of icons for a professional portfolio site.
  • P7 – Multimedia Elements Wireless Devices & Interfaces Usability
    • Designing a sample of portable devices that you can use. (Cell phone, PDA, Gaming system, etc…)
  • P8- Usability Questions
    • Research & develop 5 usability questions (or more) that you would use during a beta-testing phase after designing a multimedia project or website.
  • P9- Navigation
  • P10-Final
    • Design a cd-rom interface and a web interface.In addition, think about what you will need if your client requires this project to be delivered on a wireless device such as a PDA or mobile phone.
