[Introduction]
Neuromancer by William Gibson.
"Cyberspace. A consensual hallucination experienced daily by billions of legitimate operators, in every nation, by children being taught mathematical concepts...A graphical representation of data abstracted from the banks of every computer in the human system. Unthinkable complexity. Lines of light ranged in the non-space of the mind, clusters and constellations of data. Like city lights, receding..." --William Gibson, Neuromancer

It is the year 2035, the visual representation of the internet known as the Matrix has been connected and is now freely available to endusers. You are playing a hacker in the Matrix, who explores the endless realm of cyberspace, breaks into systems and complexes and steals important information.
But nothing is as it seems in cyberspace. The Turing Registry organization did its best to keep the self-concious programs, also known as AI (Artificial Intelligence), from becoming too autonomous, but according to rumours in the net they have failed.

According to some of the best cyber-cowboys, some of those programs have reached a level of power in the matrix that is not fathomable by humans. New-age legends are born in cyberspace hangouts like the Chatsubo or the Gentleman Loser. Can you find out more about these god like beings?
As you learn more about how cyberspace works and gather skillsofts to code your own software and even your own systems. You will be able to influence everything in your own complexes, descriptions, what ICE (Intrusion Countermeasure Electronics) are loaded and what kind of data and code your complex generates.
Over 20 unique skillsofts that can be learned by everyone, level-less character development, a smart coding and hacking system make Neuromancer MUD the cyberpunk experience.
Do you have what it takes to join the elite?
