- Added tool module shop to Consumer Review.

- Added more attack modules with different effects.
- Fixed bugs in hack and bypass skillsofts
- Changed the way security barriers work. You can
now be fined credits or sent to the ESFA prison
complex when you fail bypassing and hacking.
If sent to prison, be careful when you attempt
to escape, the black ICE that will be loaded
on failure is deadly (can perma-kill).

Only a few changes in this build:
Changed SCORE command to include more skillsoft level catergories.
Changed Willpower regeneration on rest and hibernation.
Please leave feedback on if it is better now.
Testing different events when bypassing HIGH sec barriers.
I wanted to take perma death out in this build, but I decided
to leave it in, as skill gain is very fast, it should not be that bad.
Thinking about adding a "backup avatar" feature, so when you perma-die
you still can go back to a backup of your avatar.
Feedback on that idea is welcome.
Will be adding another build on Sunday, with the first bits of
the coding (crafting) skills in and some more content for
zones B and C.
