Olivia Is Back

Olivia will be returning in 2006 with a whole new set of gig dates, and it is now confirmed that she has begun works on her upcoming disc. It is still not known whether the disc will be a standard EP length or, perhaps, an Album's worth of material.

What is confirmed, however, is that she has collaborated with her brother Jonathan Guthrie to give a hand with some of the song writing, and recording process. As a result, Olivia's upcoming material will sound much more fresh, contrasting, and some what experimental than her previous releases Turning Point and Pallamallawa.

The title for the disc is currently 'Sunsets', but is still undergoing plans and may change between now and actual release, which is estimated to be early January 2006.
