Pembrooke Park Stud, located in Perth, Western Australia, was initially founded by myself, Jan Lodge, more than 35yrs ago with horses that included Palominos, Part Arabians and Australian Stud Saddle Ponies. Some years later, after always having admired the beauty and versatility of the Purebred Arabian, the stud took a new direction.
The stallion Cranston Park Khaan was purchased from QLD, along with several mares. Over the years Pembrooke Park horses have won countless Championship awards in the showring, including State Championships and Australian National Championships.
El Shaklan, Egyptian & Crabbet lines predominate the bloodlines of the stud's horses, and the aim is to produce Arabians with Type, extreme Movement, correct Conformation and Athletic ability. Traits that drew me to the Arabian so many years ago. Temperament is equally imortant, and I am proud that I have a wonderful group of horses that allow me to do anything with them.
