Updates are a little slow and I apoligize. But what's a girl to do when she has volleyball camp for four hours a day and has summer school in addition to that?
Not to mention I don't have many reviews. Sure, I still go on even if I don't get reviews but they motivate me and give me something to look forward to.
Synopsis
Apple Oakley is in a rut. Not only is she sent away from NYC, her beloved home, to Chicago, but she also has to live with her estranged mother. Typical for rich people, her step-father and mother send her to private school where she sticks out worse than a sore thumb with her thrift store sense of style and urban personality.
But soon things are starting to look up for her. Apple meets an intriguing and mysterious boy at school who is nothing like the other kids. And as much as she hates to admit it...Apple thinks she's fallen in love with him. As soon as things get better, her so called boyfriend turns out to be a popular drug dealer. She can live with his flaws, right?
During her time so far in the city, Apple notices a wannabe surfer boy down at the lake. Soon, he's everywhere she is when she's outside of her school and home. Who the hell is he and why is he everywhere?
