Disco Lugia

I've added some new things to the site. 

-Upgraded Guestbook to the new Webs.com Guestbook.

-New affiliation page where new requirements

-New Pokemon of the week added.

-New Welcome Splash! (Check it out at the normal welcome page!) 

-Some backgrounds changed.

-New banned episodes page. Be sure to check it out!

Even though all of these changes have been made, there's still a lot more things to do. The upgrade still isn't finished yet, so keep that in mind. There are lots of new things coming up!
