Do not say bad words to people who complain about something in your site. Remember, rumors spread quick, especially bad ones. Try to make yourself kind to everyone. 2- Never threaten. If someone is spamming your shoutbox or forum, do not give him/her warnings and post bad things about him/her back, that would make fights and you will be considered bad too. Instead, just ban the person's IP address immediately without any warnings. 3- Never Give up. People need a good, hard working webmaster/webmistress to keep them going. If you give up easily, no one will look up to you as a webmaster/webmistress. 4- Have a hall of fame. Almost every site has a hall of shame, only a few have a hall of fame. You should have one too.
