COMMISSION POLICY:

When asking for a price quote, keep in mind that quotes are only valid for a period of 2 months due to constant improvement on the product. After 2 months, you'll need to ask for a new price quote to make sure the quote hasn't changed before paying. A 2- or 3-view reference sheet is required in order to give a successful quote---if you don't have a reference sheet you may show me some pictures of your character (or a very detailed description) and I'll draw you up a really quick ref for the purpose of the commission.

In order to secure your slot, a down-payment must be payed. The down-payment pays for materials (balaclava, foam, fur, etc), and is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you decide you don't want to commission me after paying only the down-payment, you may ask for the purchased materials to be sent to you (customer pays for the shipping of said materials).

Commission work is not started until atleast half of the full cost has been payed (the second half may be paid upon completion of the fursuit, along with the shipping cost). If you decide to cancel the commission after it has been started or are unable to pay the second half within 1 month of the fursuit's completion, you will be refunded what you have paid so far (minus the down-payment) and your suit will be finished and sold on an auction site, with some changes made so that it no longer resembles your character.

I hold the right to turn down any commission if I think I would not be able to successfully create the character for you, would be unable to meet your deadline, or am currently closed for commissions. I also hold the right to cancel the commission at any time, with no further warning or an explanation; in such a case, I will refund any payments that have been made (minus the down-payment), or if only the down-payment has been paid I will mail the materials to you for the cost of shipping.

Finally, commission work will NOT be sent to the commissioner until paid in full. No exceptions, period.
