The Apartment

A two bedroom air-conditioned penthouse in Torrenueva/La Cala. Costa del Sol, with magnificent views of both the mountains and the coast.  Large community pool and gardens.  Within 10 minutes walk of beautiful sandy beach and La Cala village.

 

The penthouse is situated just off the main N340, which runs from Malaga Airport to Marbella, approximately 25 minutes drive from Malaga.

 

Furnished to a high quality, the property is served by lift to the front door.  A large lounge includes 2 comfortable sofas and is complete with TV, playstation with games and a stereo/radio.  The dining area seats six.  There is a double bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom.  Further bed space is provided with a double sofa bed in the lounge.  There is an ensuite bathroom to the main bedroom and a separate large shower room and W. C.  The fully fitted kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, full size oven and hob, washing machine and dishwasher.

 

There are large terraces to both front and rear of the penthouse providing stunning views of the coast and mountains.  Each terrace is complete with patio furniture and sun loungers. 

 

The apartment is let fully furnished and also includes all sheets and towels.  Beach towels are not provided. 
 

Maximum occupancy of the property is 6 people, including children and infants (maximum 4 adults).  Under no circumstances will additional occupants be permitted.  Occupants will be asked to leave if this number is exceeded.  No all-male, all-female or young mixed groups
permitted.  No pets are allowed.  This is a non-smoking property.

Arrival/Departure Times

Normally we would expect all occupants to vacate the property by 10.00am on the day of departure.  Incoming visitors can occupy after 3.00pm on the day of arrival.  It is sometimes possible for the property to be available earlier, but we must ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned at the end of each stay.  Key delivery outside reasonable hours (after 8pm) will be subject to an additional charge.   Please note we cannot arrange delivery of keys for guests on flights arriving in the early hours of the morning until the following day.
