The Name
Retrospect; noun, When you consider something in retrospect, you think about it afterwards and often have a different opinion from the one you had at the time. Retro-; prefix, means back or backwards, from latin Retro meaing behind. Spect; related to sight, look.
I chose this name because it felt appropriate to the content of the site. Originally, I was going to call the site Gossip, but that name was pretty much taken, unless I used lots of -'s & x's, which I didn't really want to do. So I got a thesaurus, and started looking up words, and came up with Retrospect. I especially like it because of the Retro part, which is in a few site names out there with things like Retro-Kisses or whatever, but having it in an actual word makes it sound good.
