We are located in North Western Illinois. We offer quality Beef and Goat meat fresh from the farm. We raise our beef and goats from conception to processing. What this means is we are present at the birth of our babies and we let them grow on momma until it is time to wean them. The cattle are them separated into heifers and steers and the steers are fattened up and then taken to the processing plant of our choice. We then bring the meat home to put in one of our many freezers to be sold to you the customers. The goats are a little different. They are let to be with momma until weaning and then they are put on pasture to grow until they are ready to go to the processing facility. We feel that goats grow better on this type of feed regimen with minimal feed from us. The cattle on the other hand are fed a combination of whole corn and good quality alfalfa hay.
