+ Volunteers at the end of their service would have brought their rich culture, and experiences to bear on the lives of these poor children and the communities.

+The rural communities will be exposing to good and quality education to enable this country achieved its targets in the educational sector we all aim at.

+At the end of their service, volunteers will learn the culture of the people, including the local language, dancing and drumming, and not forgetting of the entire social life of the people.

+The country at large will benefit from the participatory development through Ngoc’s and other civil organizations.

+There will be exchange of culture, knowledge by all through volunteers and the communities as a whole.

+Volunteers will gain traveling experience through out the world, especially West Africa and Ghana at as a whole.

This will send signals to government to put much effort to the rural areas with regards to education and social services such as putting up orphanage homes and other sectors.
