Jul. 02, 2007 || 20:12 ||This will be just a quick one. Finally I regained my mood to post, although it's very untimely since my hands are kind of full at the moment. 0_o Anyway, what has happened?
- Hmm, well I managed to make two layouts; one featuring Hitsugaya Toushirou of Bleach and the other has Soujirou Seta of Samurai X. I don't know what to use first =_=
- I joined only one org this school year and it's AIESEC. Now I'm the Documents Head for a project that will be held on 20th July (Happy birthday Cassxie and Xiayi). The papers must be submitted on Wednesday >_<
- Some time last last week, I was appointed Course Representative of AB-ISA (what else? =P) and I've been up and down the SPS Bldg. passing this and that; also spreading infos through text messages. Wow, I'm being active, contrary to my frosh days LOL
- I'm done with my persuasive speech. I think it went well. I just did not like the fact that I have to watch myself on tv haha! I watched the record this morning and boy, now I have a lot to say in my self-critique: hair looks bad, face was too pale, voice was blah blah blah etc. hahaha! ^__^
- Last week, our group in CITIGOV went to Quiapo and conducted interviews. Tomorrow's the deadline of the output.
- I read Agatha Christie's "The Body in the Library". It's a crime mystery. Like a written version of CSI hehe :)
- Last Friday, Mau went to La Salle and together we headed for Rob Place. Surprisingly, we saw Cassxie and she cancelled her plans to go to Intramuros for her Humanities class. Yay for friendship! Haha!
- Also, in the past days, I've taken lots of shots with my cam haha ^^;;
- And this week, I have a lot of papers to pass. o_o
Happy birthday Kuya Pat. =D

Jun. 01, 2007 || 17:55 ||Guess what... I was able to cook pancake a today. In my seventeen years of living, it's only now that I've done a pancake that's satisfactory, shall I say. Hahaha~! Dear me, I'm so pathetic when it comes to cooking XD I took on a weakness and that's great LOL Let's just say that this is the day that you will always remember as the day that I made pancakes! XD ohmycaptainJack!!! <3 Speaking of Captain Jack, I've made my next layout and it features Johnny Depp! Yay! XD It actually went through a lot of revisions before I decided the finality, but I won't be using it right away. ^^
We also had the "speak-up" today for SPEECOM. The meeting was supposed to be for the continuation of our impromptu speech (another one of my cosmos forsaken weaknesses) but our professor decided to do it on Monday. I was picked to speak in front and I shared about the true story of the Little Mermaid; not quite the happy-children's-tale we know hahaha~! But of course, I used it as a metaphor and I followed it up with some reflection.
Well, I'm off then. I'm gonna continue Ouran. ^__^
Savvy~!
May 29, 2007 || 15:22 ||And so I have made up my mind. I'll be using this layout. ^_^ It had some major editing before I posted this up, by th way. This is not how it looked like when I first made it. Anyway, finally! I've watched Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End. Twice, actually. The first time was last Friday at Gateway with Mau and the second was last Saturday at Glorietta. Captain Jack is back once more! It's really great! I love every bit of it haha! From the grim beginning to the semi-tragic/romantic (whatever) ending, hail! XD Sadly, though, we were not able to watch the "bonus scene" after the credits. Guess I'll have to wait for the chance. ^^; Because I'm feeling this Johnny Depp madness, I watched Finding Neverland yesterday and I'll watch Charlie and the Chocolate Factory later. And I'm also looking for Secret Window so I could watch it again, and also the first two Pirates movies. In addition, I'm gonna look for Edward Scissorhands and Sleepy Hollow! I might even make a layout with Johnny Depp being featured hahaha XD Wow, I'm getting all fan-girly again~~~ LOL
Side note: Impromptu speech tomorrow morning. Not good.
Escapade
May 23, 2007 || 19:22 ||Oh yeah, the dreaded date. You guessed it; 23rd of May's the first day of classes in La Salle for this school year. Wow, I'm a sophomore! Let me say the cliche, time flies. But it really does, doesn't it? It seems that it was only yesterday I was happy that I finally have my vacation and the next thing I know it's time to start once more. And because of this, and as expected, I haven't done everything I wanted to do during my very long vacation. *sigh* I just hope that there'll be time for leisure now that I have to go to school again. And if there isn't, I'll make time. Hah! Yeah, I will. XD
Anyway, I have been away from this blog of mine for some time and quite a lot happened. From May 18 to 21 Kuya Pat, Ate Faith, my mom and I were in Hong Kong for some Chinese escapade haha~! The place is really great, generally. Though it's not "nice" to compare, when you get there yourself, it might be that you can't help yourself but do it. There's really much less traffic in Hong Kong than here in the Philippines. Their subway trains and stations are clean and would definitely stomp ours. That's why it's much enjoyable to commute there. Their trains are fast and not so crowded and can actually take you around Hong Kong! So there, we were in that Chinese realm. We visited Ocean Park (Enchanted Kingdom's roller coaster is much more thrilling than theirs) and different malls as well. Fast food chains do not usually serve plain rice ^^; There are many Filipinos there, in fact. Go to KFC and you're sure to find them in there. XD The clothes are expensive but the deals with digital cameras are great! That's why I have a Sony T20 now. XD And the music store we went into was great! I finally found Hyde's latest album! Yay! There were also other CDs and DVDs (of Hyde and L'arc~en~Ciel) but I only bought "Faith". Expensive. -__- Anyway, on the way home, our flight was delayed. And during the flight, there were some turbulence that shocked most of the passengers. I could confidently say that they thought we were going to crash. Many started praying and shouting: "Lord! Jesus! Lord!" And I uhh.. just woke and tried to go back to sleep (My passiveness kicked in again XD) Upon reaching Luzon, the Captain announced that there was some air traffic so our arrival was delayed once more. But in any case, we were back. ^__^ (Back to the heat-stricken Philippines ^^;;)
About my first day, early this morning I woke up at 6 and prepared. I went to school and our first subject was a free cut because the prof did not arrive. =__= On the following subjects, the teachers who came were different from the ones we picked during enrollment. Nevertheless, it's alright for now. At least I have the impression that they are the type of professors I like. ^^; I was the "only one" on my last subject (since my friends and I have different schedules now), but it was fine. I knew it'd be like that eventually. ^^
And one more thing: DLSU-M was sooo crowded today! >__< There was even a long line going to Andrew building! o_o
Oh and another one: I made two layouts. Ouran-themed and Marauders-themed. I dunno what I will use first when I change what I'm using now. -_-
