Shortly after that, he made his first professional debut in the Royal Shakespeare Company production of "Macbeth," that was aired on Channel Four television in the UK. He did several performances after that, including a Victorian waif in Jonathon Meade's "The Victorians," on BBC-2, as well as a role in a pantomine version of "Cinderella" at the St. George's Theatre.
A year later, Skandar won the role of 8-year-old Enzo Ferrari in Carlo Carlei's "Ferrari". When he was 12, Skandar auditioned for his part as Edmund Pevensie in Andrew Adamson's remake of "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe," which was released to its eager fans in December of 2005. Skandar will also appear in the movie's sequel, "The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian," which is scheduled to begin filming this Autumn. As if all that amazing stuff weren't enough, Skandar also plays the flute and the cornet, and studies Tae Kwon Do (Green Belt). He can ride a horse, obviously is a great actor, and is extremely funny. His name means Alekander in Turkish. Skandar Keynes is also the incredibly hot descendant of the 19th Century naturalist Charles Darwin.
