Personal Training
One
on one or semi private personal training is available.
Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle or just
stay active, you won't get a better workout than
with a
skilled professional to guide and motivate you.
Individual programs are designed based on your goals, fitness
level, lifestyle and other factors. Time is
spent with the individual prior to the start of the program
in order to identify personal needs. A trainer
is available to you in our fitness centre or in your
home if you prefer.
Self
Defense
We
also offer Martial Arts/Basic Self Defense training.
From street proofing to pressure point manipulation, we
can
help.

In Home Personal Training
You
can have knowledge and motivation in the
privacy of your own home. Use your
own equipment, or some provided by us,
with
the personal trainer.

Open Gym
If
you prefer to train on your own at your pace then
Open Gym may be for you. Train on your own by the hour.
No long term contracts, no initiation fees.
We will still be around for you if you need a hand.
Added
Services Weather
permitting, enjoy an outdoor bike ride for
an added cardio workout. Need
help with proper food choices?
we will actually go to the grocery store with you to help
identify appropriate food choices.
