Installing Fonts

Download:
First of all, you need to download a font. Click here and we have some on our website. You just click on the font you want to download and hit save when the dialog box comes up. I would choose a destination like your desktop, because it is easy to find.

Unzip:
Now this next step will differ depending on the file. When you go to your desktop, look at the folder with the font name on it. If there is a zipper on it, you will need to unzip the file. Right click on the folder and go to Extract All. I usually choose the source to be on the desktop, because it is easy to find once again. Once you go through the steps of extracting, you are done unzipping.

Install:
Now if you didn't have a zipper or you did and you unzipped the file, you have to install the font onto your computer. Go to Start-->control panel-->fonts. Once you open the fonts folder, you will need to click on file-->install new font. Choose the destination you saved (or extracted) your font to. In this case, we suggested the desktop. Once you find the folder with the font in it, it will show up in the Fonts Found box. Click on it and then click ok. You have just installed your very own font!!!

Clean Up:
Next, I would suggest deleting the folders that were on your desktop with the fonts in them. You may have one or two depending on what method you had to use. It just makes for a cleaner desktop and more room on your computer's hard drive!!!
