to Croeso means 'Welcome' in Welsh, and a warm welcome awaits you. This pretty stone cottage is set in an elevated position just a couple of hundred yards from the river slipway. The winding road leads you to the sandy beach at Poppit. There are splendid walks along the cliff tops leading to Cemaes Head, which has magnificent views of Cardigan Bay where bottle nosed dolphins are regularly sighted. The cottage is conveniently situated near the friendly village shops and excellent taverns. The cottage is approached by a flight of stone steps. In front of the cottage is a small carefully landscaped garden which makes a wonderful setting for al-fresco dining. The owner has taken great care whilst refurbishing this cottage, making it cosy and comfortable throughout.
ACCOMMODATION The entrance opens into the lounge/dining room. This room is full of character, the main feature being the ingle-nook fireplace with multi-fuel stove (logs supplied), which can supply central heating if required; there is comfortable seating, satellite TV, video, pine dining table, bench and occasional furniture. The kitchen area contains a range of fitted units, electric hob and oven, larder fridge, freezer, microwave oven and an automatic washer dryer. Bed linen is provided for the beds which have duvets There are heaters throughout the property and is included in the rental. There is reserved parking close by with space for two cars and a boat. At the rear of the house area are some steps which lead to the terraced lawn area with seating so that can sit sipping a glass of wine whilst taking in the breathtaking view of the estuary. .
