Pokemon Manga
A manga (mon-guh) is a comic created in Japan. There are several pokemon manga series, I have two of them listed here.
The Electric Tale of Pikachu
This is the first volume in the series (I'm not sure what the name of the series is). It follows the storyline for the anime/cartoon in many ways, Ash Ketchem is the main character, he steals Misty's bike, etc. There are some similarities, but also some differences. One example is that kids don't finish school at the age of ten, like they do in the anime. Pokemon trainers get one year off of school, but then they have to go back.
Pokemon Adventures
I scanned the first volume/issue of this series. This one's called "Mysterios Mew" The Pokemon Adventures is a lot like the games. The story is about a character named Red, who goes through the land collecting gym badges. Some of the gym leaders are evil, some are good. He trains pokemon, he cares for them and gives them some freedoms other trainer wouldn't give to their pokemon.
