Our Malawi connection :) It is with joy we congratulate our friend, Pastor Dr. Zacc Kawalala here in Malawi on achieving his Doctorate recently, His counsel and prayer support as well as the love of the staff and congregation of Word Alive Ministries International are a continued encouragement. We have partnered with Word Alive and Dr. Zacc for many years now. As well as providing insight, fore sight and oversight and advice to us at Tiyamike Mulungu Center over the years, Word Alive has moved strongly in the HIV fight and many other programs making a difference here in Malawi.
Hello everyone. We are trying to get word out to more people as to what we are doing as funds are needed, therefore we have put together a 2-page (both sides) brochure, which can be downloaded here or in the list on the left. Feel free to print it off and share it at work or whatever you choose.
This is a busy time as we get ready for medical outreaches starting the 18th of July. We welcome your prayers and are looking towards amazing happenings -- we have been seeing many wonderful things happening here, not the least of which has been our staff contributing (without our suggestion or hint) to pay (a days wage each) for the complete Independence Day celebration for them and the children. Wow! It was a wonderful time and such freedom. There have been about 15 or more people come to Jesus in the last moht or so. Every time we turn around there is a happening. Last night a childcare worker had his ear ache instantly healed (whatever was going on had been going on for 2 days) and it was amazing and we look to much more soon.
