Projects are to be started on the Forums only, whenever they come, but these are the rules of the project.

1) One person may not run more than one project at a time. This causes major confusion. Sure, a person can join more than one project at a time, or start one and and join a few others, but leading more than one is NOT allowed.

2) Specify your requirements, so that someone unqualified doesn't get all excited, and then finds out later that they don't fit.

3) Don't post your project multiple times. Its just a waste of space.
