Cole Hamels vs. Jeff Francis in the first game..... prediction: Phillies over Rockies 5-2... Cole Hamels has been the Phillies ace and savior latley, he posted a 3.39 era and finished with a solid record of 16-5.

Rockies, Phillies. Did we really expect the Phillies to beat out the Muts, and did anyone really think that the Roarin Rox had a chance? No, i didnt think either one would really make it, but these two teams are the powerhouses of the NL and possibly baseball..... Pitching is still shaky but Rockies+Phillies lineups=Big scores!!! Phillies and Rockies face off at 1:00 (during math) on Wednesday afternoon and also 1:00 (also during math) on Thursday afternoon!!!

Wednesday: Phillies win 5-2 over Rockies
Thursday: Rockies win 8-7 over Phillies
Saturday: Phillies win 9-2 over Rockies
Sunday Phillies win 6-3 over Rockies

PHILLIES OFFSEASON
The Fightin Phills had a rough go at it this season, we were so close to playoffs i could almost taste it.
I formed this little site for Philly fans and company. Post comments or anything you want, but make sure it is strictly Phillies. The countdown is on for Opening day around the MLB! It looks like 07 will be totally different with all of the Phillies free agents. Tune into the website everyday for new updates and the countdown.
Projected lineup for Phillies in 2007 Season
Ryan Howard had a tremendous season. 58 homeruns(lead all of baseball) and finished with 149 rbi.
Chase had a 35 game hit streak earlier in the season and also qualified for the N.L All Star team. 313 average and had over 100 rbi.
These are just a few notes of what the members of the Phillies orginazation actually accomplished this season. We are wishing for a great offseason, and tune in for daily transactions and trades.
