For applications turned in by 15th of the month, web site review and "possible" award assessment will be determined by the 15th of the following month.



REQUIREMENTS


1. Must be an Usher website (but it doesn't have to be exclusively Usher)



2. Fan sites only



3. Must be current (up-to-date and available to the public)



4. Eligible by application (self nomination or referral)



5. Must know the correct website name, and URL of website.



6. Eligible for consideration only once per year.
