Vaporeon Get by using a waterstone on Eevee. Espeon Build a strong friendship with your Eevee in the Morning and level it up. Umbreon Build a strong friendship with your Eevee in the Night and level it up. Leafeon Level up your Eevee at Enterna Forest by the Moss Rock.
