Mirage Island. Mirage Island is located on Route 131 in Ruby, Shapphire, and Emerald. But how do you get there? It is impossible to find by just surfing around Route 131. Go to Picifidlog Town and go to the house all the way down at the left. There are two men in there. Go to the man at the window. He can see the island. He will tell you if he can see it or if he can`t see it. If he does, GO THERE RIGHT AWAY! If he doesn`t, you have to wait another day before asking him again. On Mirage Island, you will see wild Wynauts ranging from level 5-55. Make sure to get the Liechi Berry! Its the only place you can find it in the game!
