The Rotom Factor
 To catch Rotom, you must have the National Pokedex. If you do you can catch Rotom. Rotom is located in the Old Chateau in Enterna Forest. Before you go there, stock up on Ultra Balls. Rotom can be annoying. Once you do, go to the Old Chateau. IT MUST BE NIGHT! Rotom only appears at night. Now, go to the second floor. Go to the room with the TV in it. (left side) Click on the TV and Rotom will appear! Careful, Rotom is only on a low level. There you are! That is how you encounter Rotom. ^_^
