| Standing Behind His Second Call To Duty! |
| It takes the gift of greatness to fight and nearly die for one's country while retaining the desire to serve. We as Iowa veterans are fortunate to live in this great nation and we believe that this nation is also fortunate to have a good many veterans who have elected to serve in many new ways.
Veteran William J. Meyers has found his Second Call to Duty in working to support fellow veterans. He relies on intelligence, education, courage in the face of adversity, commitment to country, and proven self-sacrifice will advance policies for veterans.
Stand with us, pledge your support, and elect William J. Meyers to the U.S. House as a Representative for Iowa’s 4th District in 2008!

| William J. Meyers is a disabled Marine Corps Veteran. While on active duty he served as a terrorism specialist under the Marine Corps Security Forces Battalion. He's battled the VA for 8 years over his own health and rights and is now educating himself at DMACC in Boone using his Montgomery G.I. Bill.
William often states, "Unknowingly, I've done everything the hard way regarding Veterans' benefits, claims, and health care. How many other vets are doing the same? I've gained a wealth of knowledge in doing so and I know exactly how much must change! From attempting to have a legitimate claim settled in a timely fashion to using your G.I. Bill, only a Veteran in Congress can pave the way and change the system for fellow Vets."
William officially announced that he would be seeking the Democratic nomination for U.S. House on this past Veterans' Day in honor of fellow Vets of all generations.
