OOC Admins at Xanadu are responsible for helping to keep the Weyr 
functioning. They are required to be active (see +xawhelp activity) and to 
participate in the OOC administration of the Weyr.

The Senior Weyrwoman and the Weyrleader are always members of OOC staff. 
Other members of the weyr will be invited to join OOC staff as deemed
necessary.
