---------------------- Global XawHelp System: disputes ----------------------
This is what to do if you have a problem with another *player*. It is totally
OOC. ICly, disputes between characters can offer lots of fun RP and we hope
you take adavntage of that!
If you have an ongoing OOC problem with another player, you have two initial
options:
A. Avoid them OOCly.
B. Discuss it with the Weyr staff.
When you decide to go to the Weyr staff, please go first to your supervisor,
IE, Wingleader, the Headwoman, the WeyrCrafter. They will help you if they
can or if they can not, they will pass it up the line in an orderly fashion.
If the person you have a problem with is your supervisor, we ask that you
first consider talking to them about it. If you are unwilling or unable to do
so, only *then* go to the next person in the line.
If you are talking with someone on the staff and you feel they are not
helping/listening or whatever, you can go to the next person higher up. Be
warned that they will, in all probability, talk with the person you were
having trouble with. Staff *communicates*.

The Weyrleaders are the last stop. Seriously. Anything bar a dispute about
game policy is to be resolved at a Weyr level
/If you go to the wizards without proof that the weyrleaders are obstructing
you in the matter involved, the penalty is immediate removal from the Xanadu
Weyr knot/.
No ifs. No buts. It is NOT acceptable for people to go over the Weyrleaders'
heads to the wizards. This will be enforced.
Ok gang, here is the bottom line: the buck stops here. As Weyrleaders, our
doors are *always* open. We don't ask you all to agree with us or approve of
us but we do demand that you respect the rules we have laid down. In return,
we will do everything in our power for you and for the Weyr. If you have a
problem LET US KNOW. We're definitely not mindreaders and we don't
necessarily hear gossip. If you have or know of a problem and you don't let
us know, you then become guilty of perpetuating the problem. And that is
*not* ok.
