--------------------- Global XawHelp System: positions ----------------------

There are three types of 'position' for Weyrfolk within Xanadu Weyr.

A. Headwoman and Steward.  If one or both are vacant, contact the Weyrleaders 
about applying.

B. Assistant Headwoman/Steward, GuardCaptain, Head Cook, Head Woodsman. These 
people are the ones who work most closely with the Headwoman and Steward. 
If you are interested, please contact the Headwoman/Steward if they are PC or 
the Weyrleaders.

C. Nanny, Laundress, Cook, Carpenter, Gardener, Woodsman, Drudge, 
Bartender/Barmaid, Trader, Guard, Handyman, Seamstress, Fosterer -- this 
group is all the other positions in the Weyr and the list just given is most 
assuredly not comprehensive. To have one of those positions, either choose it 
in Chargen or ask one of the OOC Admin to set your position on the knot.

------------------- Global XawHelp System: riderpositions -------------------

Riders are generally titled just 'Rider'. However, there are a variety of IC 
'positions' availible. They are:
    Wingsecond
    Wingleader
    Assistant WLM
    Weyrlingmaster
    Weyrsecond
    Weyrleader

Weyrleader can be held by either a bronze rider or male brown rider. /This 
is the only one of these positions that is restricted by dragon color/. 
Acting Weyrleader may be held by a rider of any color.
Occasionally, a rider may have specific other skills that entitle them to 
some other position, such as 'Weyrsinger' and 'Dragonhealer'.

Weyrwoman, Junior/Senior/Retired, is for goldriders. Goldriders generally 
don't get a choice. ;)
