--------------------- Global XawHelp System: transfers ----------------------
Xanadu's policies on transfers between Weyrs is as follows:

If you want to transfer from Xanadu:
1) Please talk to us first about why you want to transfer.
2) Please do not just up and leave without telling us.
3) If the Leaders of another Weyr agree to take you, please ask them to @mail 
Xanadu's Leaders to confirm this.

If you want to transfer to Xanadu:
1) Follow steps one and two with your current Weyr.
2) Be aware that we reserve the right to refuse to accept your rider 
transfer.

Flights:
A transfer is not required after winning a Flight, unless it is a leadership 
Flight.
Should a Xanadu bronzerider win a leadership flight at another Weyr, he is 
automatically given permission to transfer. However, we ask that any such 
bronzerider let us know what is happening *before* it gets splashed across 
the public bboards. ;)



If you want to recreate a former Xanadu rider character, please talk to the 
Weyrleaders before creating the character.
