Three years after the release of his first mixtape, Young Maylay
is back with his new street album "The Real Coast Guard". The
mixtape includes appearances by WC, Bad Lucc, King T, Jelly Roll
and Traci Nelson and executed by DJ Crazy Toones. You can pick up

As the release of
Maylay's street album "The Real Coast Guard" nears, I thought I'd
upload two album covers which I have created. Young Maylay has
used the first one of these as a promotional banner on his MySpace
page.

once again been delayed until March. This can only be a good thing
as we can expect a top quality mixtape.

I have been informed by
Young Maylay that he expects "The Real Coast Guard" to drop around
January '08 and no later than February.

Guard update - 27 November, 2007
Maylay has finished work
on The Real Coast Guard and is now in the process of selecting
songs to put on the mixtape. He has been on the road with WC and
recently did a show at The Vault 350 in Long Beach. Be sure to

Update on Maylay
+ New song - 3 October, 2007
Young Maylay has released
a new song which appears to be off the Real Coast Guard titled
"West Coast". You can hear this new song in our media player right
now.
Maylay has been busy touring with Ice Cube, WC and DJ Crazy Toones
and is back in the studio finishing up work on "The Real Coast
Guard" which is due out in a few months.
